Brockwell Lido

Brockwell Lido Project/Foundation Triangle Thingy

A while ago my course was given a new brief. We are asked to design some interactive installations, games, and site specific displays for an event that will take place in the beggining of May in one of London's Lidos (Brockwell). Everyone was to come up with their idea and we had to present it a couple of weeks later to the pool's event director Gethran and the ones that are chosen get funding and are built by the class which is split into smaller groups, one for each accepted proposal.

My idea wasn't chosen and I've ended up working on a sandpit project with 3 of my classmates.

We came up with a cool triangular design for our sandpit and it reminded me of a project i did on my Foundation with triangles. Thought I should post this. I'll post pictures of the sandpit later.

By the way, I'm a 3DD student in Camberwell now! Almost halfway though my first year!

Oxford Wire Workshops

My tutor from last year - Matt Sanderson invited me to run some wire drawing workshops with him which are a part of a Pegasus Theatre renovation in Oxford. It was an amazing weekend and we ended up with loads of really cool artwork. 111 people attended over those two days and it was hectic but loads of fun! It felt good - being a part of Matt's team and I've met wonderful people. Can't wait to see the theatre when it will be finished!
